Arriving early is recommended. Entry numbers are distributed at 8am, a hour before opening, and early arrival provides the best access to available items.

Cash or check is preferred, credit cards with 3% processing fees

Pricing is set based on market value and condition. Discounts may be applied later in the sale depending on various factors but you should not count on this as it is a case by case situation. Our team won't even be aware whether we will be discounting before the moment it is decided, so don't bother asking them. It is important to note that these prices are discounted from their retail value, therefore, it is in your best interest to buy from the estate sale,

Generally, estate sales last one day, and are strictly within the hours of 9am-2pm.

Items marked "U move" mean you are responsible for moving the item. We will allow you to park closer in order to load a item, provide a list of qualified movers and work with you to set up a pick up time at a later date.

All items are sold as is, no refunds, be sure you look over anything before you buy it

We recommend you come with your own bags and packing material, we have some, but supplies is limited. Bring gloves if you are planning on buying outdoor furniture, the metal is HOT!
